Shared Claude chats found indexed by Google search

Users discovered that some Claude conversations and Artifacts shared via links had been indexed by Google and Bing, making ostensibly private chats publicly searchable. The problem, first flagged by a Reddit user, stemmed from Claude's share-chat feature, which generates links viewable by anyone holding the URL. Reports stressed the difficulty of keeping web crawlers away from shared AI content.
