Judge blocks Pentagon measures against Anthropic
A federal judge in California blocked the Pentagon from labelling Anthropic a supply-chain risk and enforcing related restrictions. The court called the designation illegal and baseless, and found that the government had retaliated against the company over protected speech. The Justice Department is expected to appeal the ruling.
