CIA Director John Ratcliffe made an unannounced visit to Moscow for meetings on Tuesday, according to US media reports cited by BBC, France 24 and the Guardian. Flight data confirmed an American military aircraft travelled to Russia through Latvia. It is Ratcliffe’s first known Moscow trip as agency chief.
