BRICS payment networks seek more cross-border connections
Government-backed payment systems including India’s UPI and Brazil’s Pix are exploring additional links with foreign central banks as their domestic use expands. Why it matters
Cross-border links could reduce payment costs and dependence on established international card and banking rails.
